RSG 2019 Volleyball Tournament- February 2, 2019
Ripon Sober Grad's 1st Annual Volleyball Tournament was held at the Ripon High School North Gym on February 2, 2019. There were class rivalry's and family rivalry's, with nothing but love and good old fashioned fun! Game 1: JV Boys vs. Girls consisted of Freshman and Sophomores battling it out for the title. Boys took home the Victory...this time. Game 2: Staff vs. Alumni, was one of the best and most entertaining matches of the evening! We had Flanders vs. Flanders, Rangel vs. Rangel. Mr. Rangel lost the "coin toss" (rock paper scissors) to his sister, but that didn't stop the Staff from defeating Alumni! Game 3: Varsity Boys vs. Girls, one of the most anticipated matches of the night! Boys thought they had the game in the bag with Vincent Olmo's height, but the Girls team dominated with Mia Van Lewen spiking the ball and showing all of her volleyball skills! Good Job Ladies! The crowd was great, and we had an amazing turn out for our first Ripon Sober Grad Volleyball tournament! See you next year! |
